The Background
Chipex was launched in 2009, to provide a fast, very effective and safe solution for the home user to repair paint damage to vehicles to a high standard, without the time and expense of going to a body shop.
The Brief
To help grow business sales and audience share by improving usability was at the forefront of the brief. After a full audit, improvements were made across all aspects of the store. From UX, design and database. We created, updated and extended the Shopify build to become more robust and ultimately more reliable.

The Approach
Understanding Chipex’s complex database and the systems that provide the backbone of the business was crucial during the initial phase. We delved deep into understanding the structure of the development in order to provide measurable results for their customer's experience, Storyboards and mockups were fine-tuned until we provided multiple solutions across a multi-store environment.

Working closely with the client, to collate analytics that provided us with the data and intelligence to update the UX and design enabled our team to really give the Chipex Shopify site an improved look and feel. The client gave us the freedom to work within their palette and fonts, with the brief to create a memorable, smooth customer experience that directs people through a refined user journey.
