We were approached by Sugar at Number 10 to design their site with the aim of establishing an online presence in the build up to the venue’s launch. The website needed to reflect the brand and attract the right type of audience, meaning that the brand identity had to be projected across all on and offline platforms as well as social media.
We wanted to make the opening of Sugar at Number 10 a success so we needed to make sure that the target audience knew about the club via the new website or social media/word of mouth. To do this we started a SEO campaign that successfully catapulted Sugar to the top of Google’s rankings, featuring prominently above any of its Cardiff competitors. We also ran a targeted Facebook campaign, drilling down user information to target a very specific audience.
The online marketing for Sugar was a success and their website reached the number 1 position for several targeted key phrases and ranked on the top of the first page of Google search for ‘Cardiff Strip Club’ and ‘Gentleman’s Club Cardiff’. Since the launch the website has achieved an average of 1,000 visits, 5,000 page views and a 20% bounce rate each month with the average visitor browsing multiple pages before leaving the site. On social media, Sugar has over 200 likes and over 500 twitter followers built up organically and is continually on the rise.
