IWN provide treated water services to customers all over England and Wales and pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
Brief
Independent Water Networks required a whole new literature set, from brochures to leaflets through to drop cards and contracts.
Big Eye Deers we're given to contract to produce a set that would have continuity across the spectrum.
Design
Reworking the identity was the first job, combining a palette that reflected the position of the business was the initial requirement.
Secondly we worked on sourcing a new and improved image library that communicated a strong customer service focus. The design phase of the project combined uses of typography and imagery to convey a clear united brand message that IWL was the supplier of choice in the water provider network.
